Have you been getting cold calls from self storage investors and realtors this year? Many of us have. Connie Neville (our fabulous vice president!) will be giving a talk on valuations and cap rates as well as ways managers can really help boost the properties via ancillary sources of income. 


To register, remember that your membership may be listed as your facility name. Feel free to register as a non-member if that's easier for you. We just need a head count for the venue.
